What is your availability?

Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all major holidays. If you need to reach out to us after regular operating hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and contact number so the next available staff member can reach out to you as quickly as possible.

How do I make a reservation?

You are welcome to make a reservation by phone or email or with our new reservation page on our website.

Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?

A half down non-refundable deposit is required for any services that are considered hourly or “as directed.”

Deposits are generally not required for services such as airport pickups and drop offs, point-to-point services or transfers.

What is your cancellation policy?

All non-corporate reservations must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip date and time to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled, the client is responsible for a cancellation fee of no more than $60 (unless a half down non-refundable deposit was required). Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up time will be billed for the full amount.

For corporate clients, cancellation policies may vary per your transportation agreement with Corporate Limousines of Texas. If you require a copy of your reservation agreement, please e-mail us at reservations@corplimos.com.

Do you require a contract for services for corporate clients?

Corporate Limousines of Texas does not require any corporate clients to sign a contract for services. However, if your company does require a contract, we will draft and sign a contract that is agreeable with both parties for services.

Do you offer military discounts?

Corporate Limousines of Texas is honored to serve veterans and active members of the military and we proudly offer a 10% discount.

Do your drivers have any special license or training?

All drivers are selected based on prior experience, familiarity with the City of Houston and all surrounding areas, and must have a professional, respectable demeanor. All drivers are required to pass an extensive background check and document their fingerprints with the City of Houston prior to receiving their chauffeur license. Once employed, drivers must complete rigorous training with our senior drivers and are subject to random drug testing throughout their employment with Corporate Limousines of Texas.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Domestic Arrivals: Drivers will always meet you in baggage claim, holding a golden sign with your last name or company name.

International Arrivals: Drivers will meet you on the left side of the reception area in the international terminal after you have cleared customs.

Special Circumstances for George Bush International Airport (IAH): Some domestic flights may arrive at Terminal E (for International Arrivals) and therefore, passengers will be directed to collect their luggage at Terminal C, where our driver will be waiting.

What do I do if I cannot find my driver?

Please call us at 281-298-5466 or 888-298-5466 if you are unable to locate your driver. We will immediately alert the driver and forward your mobile number so you can be contacted by the driver directly.

Will I know who my driver is prior to my reservation?

All clients have the option to set up a 12-hour reminder e-mail prior to service, which does include the name and cell phone number for the driver for your convenience.

What happens if my driver is late?

Corporate Limousines of Texas will always try to alert the client if the driver should be delayed for any legitimate reason, such as an unexpected accident or extreme weather. Corporate Limousines of Texas guarantees our services – should the driver be delayed for any other reason, the client’s reservation will be discounted.

Can you track your vehicles?

Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with tracking equipment.

Can I see the vehicle before making a reservation?

Corporate Limousines of Texas encourages all clients to inspect the vehicle they have chosen or meet with the staff to help make an educated decision. Please schedule an appointment prior to your visit to ensure your vehicle will be on-site. If the vehicle is reserved during your appointment, a staff member will reach out to you to reschedule the appointment.

Can I smoke in any of your vehicles?

Passengers may not smoke or vape in any vehicle.

What is your alcohol policy?

Corporate Limousines of Texas does not provide alcohol to any of our clients. Clients are welcome to bring their own alcohol on board if all passengers are 21 years of age or older with a valid ID. Any alcohol consumed by minors is strictly prohibited by law and will result in the termination of the charter without a refund.
